This mornign is rather nasty outside and as I sit here blogging and food porning, i realized I didnt show you the goods from yesterdays eats. Above, is my yogurt and granola from yesterday. I used an organic granola that was full of cinnamon and sprinkled with raisins.
I topped it off with some rippened strawberries that sat overnight in sugar to be extra sweet and juicy.
And for lunch, I decided to have an everything bagel with Jalapeno Cream Cheese! I tried this for the first time while visitng Lauren and loved the combo. While picking up some mail i walked by the bagel shop near by apartment and spotted the cream cheese and promptly ordered a cup! Its a great blend of spicy and cool. the cheese balances out the tear factor of raw jalapenos but you are still left with the fire breath immediately after consumption that jalapenos are famous for.
I snacked on the last of my super sweet golden ripe pineapple. I just ordered two more from fresh direct. The secret to a prefectly ripened pineapple is to store it in a paper bag for a day and smell the core. the core will tell you how sweet it is by how sweet it smells. if you slice pineapple before its ready to be eaten, i would sprinkle it with some sugar…
Before leaving work, I was craving soemthing sweet so I went to Yoberry for a quick fix. Plain yogurt with chocolate chips and strawberries always works!!!!
This morning I had to be at work early so i picked up brekkie on the way there. I decided to get a misto with a ham and cheese breakfast sandwich. I really enjoy the flavor of these sandwiches because the egg patties are light, fluffy and moist- like a fresh baked frittata.
But look how small these things are???? Starbucks- ya’ll are crazy.
Mid-morning I noshed on an apple with some honey peanut butter. I love PB and apples! yum!
Lunch today is a salad topped with rotisserie chicken and a yogurt. no pics yet… duh- i didnt eat lunch yet.

yum yum yum. granola+yogurt+berries=a happy tummy.i'm soooo hungry right now…i think i need to go eat lunch!

I *love* jalapeno cream cheese. Do you make your own? I make mine and throw in a little cilantro sometimes–goes great with scrambled eggs!
